Most Colorado Ski areas are on the forest service land, does this mean they will be closed. Hunting and skiing are a huge part of the mountain west economy, would the pettiness of Obama dare such a vindictive measure? Now admittedly that was a stupid question, of course he would, and Ken Salazar the secretary of interior and former senator from Colorado will most likely sacrifice the west to get the Tyrannical health act funded.

Same here in Washington State. Basically most land that is rural and green is USFS. Some state forests.

Some USFS roads are like rush hour during logging operations. I'm sure that's going to stop. /sarc And hunting season is underway.

And lots of people live in cabins on USFS land. We've already seen Obama evict them in other states.

Have no idea what Obama’s strategy is beyond vindictiveness. It is obvious whatever strategy they had is not working or they would not be expanding the shutdown of their own organization. At any rate, people need to learn to live without the fed, which was bankrupting and imploding due to debt. Now it appears to be committing suicide. Whatever, as long as it disappears as quickly as possible. Then we can write of the debt and rebuild like a phoenix.
