All of my baby cabbage plants were gone this morning. All of them. I've got to figure out what kind of critter got them and delete it from the local environment.

The umbrella thing sounds good. I always approve of expedient field engineering. ;)

“All of my baby cabbage plants were gone this morning.”

You tell me you keep the squirrels cleared out, so what could eat those plants? Possums? Have you ever seen any there? Raccoons? Have you ever seen any there?

My toy choi keeps disappearing, a few at a time. I thought it must be birds because I don't think it's insects, unless they are immune to sevin, and sluggo, and deadline.

My toy choi in the house, under the grow light is doing great. I hope to let it get big enough to not disapperar once it goes into the garden.
