Your testifying, not prophesying.
God says, “train up a child in the way he should go: and when he’s old, he will not depart from it.”
You say, “The forces against you and the roll of the dice on hormones, peer pressure, school environ, et al just don’t allow that sometimes.”
I bet Billy Ray has the same philosophy as you. It’s the prevailing philosophy on child rearing, and certainly the cause of the disaster we’re in.
