I feel so sad for my grandson. He hadn't seen his cat, Krackin, in a couple of days and he looked on all the streets and didn't see him. All of a sudden it dawned on him, maybe he jumped the fence that blocks the freeway. Sure enough he saw him there dead on the bank of the freeway. He called everyone he could to see if they could get him so he could give him a proper burial. No one would do it.

When I was a kid, a stray black and white kitten showed up at my home. I called him Sylvester. My dad told me to find the owner, but he did not want any harm to come to the cat. So we gave it our neighbors. But he got run over. I am still angry about it over 30 years later.
