FOX has a fun and ridiculous new show called Sleepy Hollow on its Monday night schedule. It doesn't have much to do with the famous short story by Washington Irving, but everyone involved from Len Wiseman to Robert Orci and Alex Kurtzman to the actors make sure the show has a lot to do with conspiracy theories, the book of Revelations and the Revolutionary War. It's a unique endeavor that more conservative, right of center and libertarian viewers may derive some extra pleasure from.

Well, you have to remember that the Pilot is just really a setup, to get you to come back again.
I kinda liked it, and will continue to watch, just to see if they hold true to the plot they’ve put forth.
Love it as pure fun, and of course for the gorgeous Crane!
Yep, some cranes are gorgeous!
Those are really pretty!
Thanks!
My thoughts on the show so far.
I hope they bring in a dialog coach that is familiar with late 18th century jargon. It’s going to be tough, but they are going to have to vet Ichabod’s speech a little more.
The one thing that keeps bugging me is how he keeps saying he’s been asleep for 250 years. The revolution started 237 years ago so he can only have been asleep for less than 237 years. C’mon guys, simple math here. That one should not be slipping by the producers and writers.
Loved when he threw away the pistol after one shot. Good one!!
Loved when he railed against the sales tax. The colonist were rebelling after a 2% tax!!!
Seems like the headless horseman had no problems figuring out the modern day shotgun. It seemed to grow on him!!!
I was especially delighted with Ichabod Crane’s outrage over a 10% tax on his first fast food meal.
And the fact that a bag of donuts cost over $4....
It’s quirky, but entertaining , if you don’t take it too seriously....
