The classroom is very responsive. You hit it once, and being about the desired results multiple times, lol.
I finally did the run and saw 2 turkeys and a doe. It was worth it. One of my friends is encouraging me to try yoga and I don’t think I want to do that. I’m all for flexibility but the poses are a lot like my PT which doesn’t feel like real exercise.
I am sure you would get used to it, i tried it for a while, but always preferred to lift so I could never convince my self to stick with it, because at my hour in the gym that would have been the tradeoff,
Thats funny, I saw a bevy of Turkeys and a Doe on the morning dropoffs this morning
I’m thinking maybe that is something I could do on Sundays since I always take off one day a week. Tomorrow the little dog is having another eye surgery so my schedule will be messed up again. I did Pilates for a while but it didn’t help my back.
