Mark is on to discuss his new book, The Liberty Amendments.
Kind of remarkable that he is on Glenn's show, given their history.
Makes you wonder if Mark and Weiner will ever make peace. haha
Hopefully Glenn helps to keep Mark’s book on the best seller list. It was great to hear both of them talking solutions.
Well people have their own opinions on things and especially on personalities they like to follow. You cant please everyone. I guess after several months, even years, I have given up even trying. Use to be on a kick to promote people I liked on radio or in the conservative movement, but it failed.
The problem is that certain sites only promote certain people. People including Rush Limbaugh, Mark Levin or Sean Hannity, mostly on his Fox News show. Places like Mediaite are a joke. Mediaite just focuses on Fox News, maybe MSNBC, sometimes CNN. They repost or clip video from those networks. They sometimes mention Glenn Beck, they sometimes mention the fledgling Al Jazeera, although rarely, and that is about it. Very biased site. You wont hear anything about the new One America News and their two shows with Graham Ledger and Rick Amato, Rusty Humphries radio show, Dennis Miller, Dana Loesch, other hosts on The Blaze radio, and so on.
Another similar one is Right Scoop. The Scoop they give you is very biased. They focus only on Mark Levin this and Mark Levin that. Do they give equal time to other hosts and shows and personalities like Michelle Malkin, David Limbaugh, Thomas Sowell and the staff at Red Alert Politics? No!
Basically one is forced to create their own site or blog and promote the heck out of others who people will miss or not hear what they have to say. One will have to clip their own audio or video. Be better if they can do the Mediaite and Newsbuster method of finding a host other than youtube in case your account ever gets banned for whatever reason. Those two sites have their own service or pay for a service so clips will remain until the site shuts down, pretty much.
So people are missing a whole heck of a lot of others and other sources. They also only hear about certain people like Hugh Hewitt when something happens that causes either the left to go nuts or a site like Breitbart or The Blaze or Newsbuster finally gets around to them.
People then only know what they know from what they hear on these sources or from what is being written or from what other people say.
Personally I am sick of it. So I gave up even caring. I even made a mistake by jumping to the conclusion Glenn Beck was for homosexuality and lesbianism. I dont have 100 proof of that. A spirited debate broke out on The Blaze website on the thread about Becks New York Time interview. Basically, Glenn should have not given an interview to a leftist outlet. But I ran with it that he was in favor of gay marriage because the Times said so in their line of questioning. So I had to go post it on this site and get people to bash Glenn.
It was my fault for jumping to a conclusion. I dont know which way he leans, to be honest. But to also be honest, it shouldnt take away from all he has done.
Still the bias from some outlets is clearly their. They promote Mark Levins book but they dont promote Aaron Kleins book on Impeaching Obama. They promote Fox News, but not a peep about One America News Graham Ledger or Rick Amato. They promote Sean Hannity, but wont mention his competition on radio at TRN1, Rusty Humphries. They dont promote Michelle Malkin as much as they did before and they skip Dana Loesch and Laurie Roth.
So people still didnt know who Dana was when she went on The Blaze or Fox News, as proven by comments on some sites. Just how it goes therefore I am not as excited about some sites. So I skip them now instead of reading the predictable junk.
I am somewhere else on another wave length now. As I like to say I am ten steps ahead of others and three steps behind. Behind because I cant check in with every show, outlet and site that I would like to every day 24/7. But I do what I can.
I consider myself more independent than anything else. A Independent Constitutional Conservative. I research the research basically.
