At the 4:50 mark of the video, Rand Paul goes totally off the rails when discussing Hussein Obama's past as a doper:

"And I think what a tragedy it would it would have been if he had gone to prison. What a tragedy it would have been that America wouldn't have gotten to see Barack Obama as a leader."

This evidently off-the-cuff comment is not in Paul's published transcript.
