The problem is the systematic incompetency, entitlement, and casual assumption of do-whatever-we-want-we're-the-LAW that allows crap like this to happen -- somebody put that address on file as belonging to a criminal w/o verifying it, somebody tagged the house as the target w/o verifying it, somebody gave the OK to the "raid" w/o verifying it, etc etc. Never mind that police shouldn't be legally allowed to blow their way into a house like this, without an extremely compelling reason. And I don't consider snagging somebody they did catch and release on once already to be a compelling reason.
This is a very deep and systematic problem that needs to be addressed.
You address it by getting them all. When a big city department loses 10-12 JBTs in a bad raid the whole department gets the message and cities around the country get the message. A dozen cops doing time represents a million or so in training dollars down the tubes. It might even make it a bit hard to recruit replacements.
“It would be a bit pointless to go after the trigger pullers.”
It is not pointless to go after the trigger pullers. They are guilty, even when they skate in court. They are using the gestapo tactics. Find them guilty of murder, premeditated, and give one or two the death penalty. Not long and no LEO would accept the assignment.
Now go after the judges and the prosecutors. They are pure evil in their disregard for the sanctity of the rights of ‘We the People’.
Every one of these raids is as bad as Waco. David Koresh was out and about in the community on a regular basis. The want him, it is easy to apprehend him and arrest him. But no, the who purpose of the raid on the compound was to anilate everyone in the compound. Who was in charge of all that? None other than ERIC HOLDER! Evil POS!
