If you have any food grade DE, take one of those bulb snot puller things you have if you have a baby and poof them with the DE. Maybe several times/day.
Especially if it’s hot, they’ll dehydrate and die.

They don’t look familiar to me. Have you tried to google sunflower beetle pests or something?
