6 miles is usually NOT far enough, according to tagged studies!
I didn’t find that out until after I had take one a couple of miles, and it came back withing a couple of days. Now, instead, it’s, “BANG!”

As I catch one, I’ll go to rightly’s house and let him have it. I’ve only been to rightly’s house once and I have to use my TomTom direction man plus printed instructions from rightly to get there as there are a number of turns in that wooded area to get to his house. After I’ve been there a few times, I’ll know which turns to take. I don’t think a squirrel will know which turns to take to get back to my garden, plus it’s more than six miles to his house. :o)
