watch the Cardinal defense win the day
Another reason football isn’t what it used to be, stupid thuggish play that costs teams ball games.
Thankfully, I didn't have brick to throw at my TV...
Stupid asinine defensive play...
I hope the Bucs fine them hell out of him...cost them the game...
Todays football players may be better athletes today, but God, too many of them are as dumb as a stump when it comes to Football IQ.
And as I picked, I'm 2-0 with big's Pattycakes feasted on Buffalo just barely!
Dropped to 2 - 1 as TCU North at Cincy blew it in Chitown.
Them Miami doll-fins did Brown-nosed the Brownstains to no end to make me 3 - 1.
Make me 4 - 1 as called, the Atlanta' Black Byrds were Saintified in Nawlins.
Tampa Bay's Lavonte David's really stupid pentaly allowed the Jets to steal one away, making me 4 - 2.
Allegra's Old Earlers, Chris Johnson stepped in Stoolers for only a 2.8 yard per rush, but it was good enough to win and make me 5 - 2.
Viqueen Adrian Peterson went 78 yards on his first run for a TD, but the rest of the game the Lions held him to only 15 yard on his next 17 carries. No wonder I am now 6 - 2.
Seven's Waiders put up a better than expected fight, but they were shite out of Luck in the end and I am 7 - 2.
The Seahags broke the Panthers' Camshaft in the last quarter and dropped me to 7 - 3
As predicted, my Old Dallas Texans give Chief Andy a win over the Teedboless Jacksons, putting me at 8 - 3.
So, I will stand pat on my other picks:
The Red Byrds will still get no respect in Ramland
Old big's packer-wackers will continue twerking in Frisco Bay much to the delight of the 69ers
Vick's Salve still won't do the Iggles any good and neither do the Deadskins as RG3 shakes a leg
Allegra's Texicans will still assaulting the Bolts right and left
And in about 6 or 7 hours or so, them Jersey Jints will finally lose... at Jerryworld!
Steelers lose to Titans and manage only one offensive score. Going to be along year for that outfit while NE bareley escapes against the Jills. Hmm
Green Bay’s cheap shot backfires.
It was good game but they came up wrong end LOL!
You’re on a hot streak on your picks there, Bender. For me, all of your picks past the first one were just gravy, as it did my heart good to see my Broncos (loved the orange retro uniforms!!) manhandle the defending Super Bowl champs in the opening game of the season! I am going to go buy a case of Orange Crush (if I can find any around here) and continue the celebration.
b.o.f .... can he pull off the trifecta??
He even got the Jets and the Titans
D_Ware robs Eli!
Woo hoo!
The Bears actually played better in the second half (not counting Cincy’s opening drive), I think they lose that game under Lovie.
Bengals looked good on both sides, creepy ginger QB Dalton is for real. They really hurt themselves with penalties. And the Bears were 3-1 on turnovers, with the Bengals coughing it up a couple plays after Cutler was picked.
Robbie Gould’s 58 yard FG was a personal best and Bears franchise and Solider field record. He’s made 11 straight of his attempts over 50 yards, tying the record. I used to worry he couldn’t make those long ones.
In other news, there were 3 safeties today (unless I missed one) including the Titans KR fielding the opening KO just outside the end zone and then stepping backwards into it and taking a knee.
Panthers D almost upsets the Seahawks. Bills almost upset the Pats. Terelle Pryor almost upsets the Colts. Saints win Sean Payton’s first game back.
I love Wilson
Lots of people like Marvin Lewis to win that. He’s not off to a good start with all the penalties his team took and his misuse of time outs.
Marvin Lewis? U f**kin’ crazzzeeeeee!
I didn’t say I picked him.
Lots of ESPN people did. There was lots of buzz with the Bengals and everyone picked them over the Ravens to win the division, I was thinking they were probably overrated by the media.
They looked good but had some problems and I would point the finger at the head coach. We’ll see how Baltimore does going forward, the Steelers suck.
