FAMU has its choice of applicants who have never committed burglary and who have never been suspended from high school.
If you look at the fact this was FAMU, he would have been accepted, no problem.
A couple of months ago I saw a list with the graduation rates for all the HBCU's and FAMU was in the middle with a 34% graduation rate. I found the link at Black, HBCU Grad Rates
