I've heard it's a very good drama; I've just never enjoyed Stallone as an actor in what films I have seen him in, and I find the subject (boxing) extraordinarily boring. I tend to avoid sports films in general. Heck, I haven't even seen "Field of Dreams"!

You are correct. My cousin was raped by a pedophile when he was 16 and got HIV out of the deal. 25-30 years later, this past Spring, his wife took him to the doctor because he was withering away for no reason. Comes to find out some of the early anti-HIV drugs caused the sack around his heart to shrink and it compressed his heart to about 1/2 its normal size. While he was in surgery having the sack peeled away from his heart, the heart amazingly puffed back up to its normal size. After surgery, even though he was in massive pain, he said he felt better than he had for 10 years.

His prognoses is good. However, if he wasn’t a successful person, his medical bills the public would be on the hook for is astronomical annually. Something the queer lobby never mentions when they tell us how special their perfect lifestyle is...tell that to my cousin.

The cause of death was respiratory and metabolic acidosis and multiple organ failure. Funeral arrangements have not yet been made.

Sounds like he did stop taking the meds which were clearly working great for him since at one point his viral load was undetectable!

Not entirely surprising - folks born with boxer reflexes and strength don't necessarily have much between the ears, just as really smart guys tend to be less than fine physical specimens. What surprises me is that he was stubborn all the way to the end. He's like an atheist who stubbornly denies the existence of God because his ideal God would think and act just like he would.

I didn't see Rocky till about 3 or 4 years ago when it was shown on a 4th of July marathon. I'm glad I didn't pay to see it when it came out while I was in junior high school.
