FULL TITLE: To pee or not to pee: Women sell positive pregnancy tests on Craigslist for $25 each. . . and there is no shortage of motivated buyers
A number of women across the country have listed their positive pregnancy tests for sale on Craigslist.
One expectant mother in the Buffalo, New York area is selling her used sticks for $25 each, The Daily Dot reports.
Another New Jersey mom writes: 'Wanna get your boyfriend to finally pop the question? Play a trick on mom, dad or one of your friends?
Scrolling through the site, there appears to be no shortage of sellers- and many are aware that their customers could be using the tests for dubious reasons.
'I'm pregnant and will sell you my positive pregnancy test for $20,' one woman on Manhattan's Lower East Side writes. 'I don't care what you need them for.'

marriage in this broken country is a form of legalized slavery for men.Except now you'll have to ask:
>”In some cultures, if you sleep with a woman, you are married to her”<
That’s why you get up and leave when you’re done and go home to sleep.
>”Better yet, don’t have sex with a woman you don’t want to marry”<
No offense, but to the Males in the audience that is the funniest comment on the thread.
I genuinely don’t get it. What woman would want a man under such conditions? I wouldn’t want to have to coax, harangue, deceive, or otherwise force a proposal of marriage. It means nothing.
” since marriage in this broken country is a form of legalized slavery for men.”
It’s a risk, sure, but women can get badly hurt, too.
You are vulnerable to someone if you marry them. But, it’s God’s way. Fornication is not the answer.
But whatever it is..the feminist would be in an uproar...
The real question is....
is anybody buying?
I agree Cathy but let’s admit it shall we? Women have been pulling the “pregnancy scare” for centuries to get a man to marry her. Some got pregnant on purpose, some just faked it. Either way, that is not real love. This is just re-inventing the wheel.
“I bet the typical use of these kits is to extort money for an “abortion” from the boyfriend. “Honey, just give me $1,000 and I’ll handle the whole thing!” In some cases it might be used to pressure a guy into marriage, or simply to find out how he would respond to the news of his becoming a father.”
Oh don’t get me wrong. Have read of women claiming to be pregnant to get money for an abortion that never happens. Often from several men at once! Really though who’s to blame? A fool and his money soon parts. Had these men kept their pants zipped up that would never have happened.
However if their pants were ripped down from them and the nasty occurred against their will. /major sarc They always have the option of the Maury Show to prove the baby is theirs.
Oh, yes, it’s an old tactic, indeed.
“The Bible is quite clear about the nature of women.”
It’s quite clear on the nature of man, too.
We’re all sinners here.
I don’t defend the slavery of men or women. I oppose most of the “marriage” laws currently on the books, as well.
If a man and a woman engage in consensual sex, they are equally "to blame" for that. Meaning, the woman is just as responsible as the man. Right?
If one of them engages in fraud in order to extract money from the other, then the person committing the fraud is fully responsible for the fraud. If the man pulls the scam on the woman, the man is fully responsible. If the woman pulls the scam on the man, the woman is fully responsible.
In this case, if a woman uses a fake-positive pregnancy test to extract money from her boyfriend, she is fully responsible for defrauding him. Fully. As in, she is totally responsible for the fraud, and he is not at all responsible for the fraud. He may be an idiot for getting involved with her, but he is not responsible for the fraud.
Had these men kept their pants zipped up that would never have happened.
It is equally true that if these women had kept their legs closed it never would have happened. Doesn't that count?
A fool and his money soon parts.
That is a very shallow excuse, and I am surprised to see you use it. It sounds like the sort of thing that one of these women would tell herself before defrauding her boyfriend. "If he's dumb enough to fall for this, then I deserve the money!" It's called blaming the victim.
I think you should reconsider your position.
It’s an old tactic, but would it work anymore? From what I can see, men and women in this situation no longer feel the desire to get married.
“Better yet, don’t have sex with a woman you don’t want to marry. “
And ladies, don’t let a man pay for you on a date unless you want to marry them.
