They don’t know. The MSF (Doctors without borders) who treated most of the victims wasn’t sure whether it was sarin, or some amateur compound derived from pesticides. However, eye-witnesses described a strong stench from the chemicals, which suggests the latter since military-grade sarin is odorless.

I believe that the reason for bombing has nothing to do with this issue rather it is to take out the air defense so Israel can go straight to Iran.
That’s because they’re lying.
It may not have been chemical at all.
They might have been exposed to a picture of Hillary and our First Wookie 2016 campaign poster.
Within 24 hours the Air Force would have flown aircraft that sniff air particles through that area and determined exactly what those chemicals were.
