Looks like it’s going to be a showdown between Jesse and Walt. In the first episode the flashback showed Walt returning to the burnt out home to retrieve the poison. I wonder whether at this point Jesse is alive. I didn’t quite get how Jesse came to his epiphany about Saul and Walt in the last show concerning the removal of the poison from his cigarette pack. Can anyone explain?

First Jesse realized that Saul’s henchmen had lifted his weed.

That reminded him of the day when he “lost” the ricin cigarette.

He was bumped by the same goon.

That’s why he put 2 and 2 together.

Plus he probably had always wondered about it.

Jesse brushed by Huell on the way out of Saul's office, and his dope was missing.

In a previous episode, Huell had insisted on frisking Jesse before allowing him into Saul's office. It was during this frisk that the ricin cigarette disappeared.

This is the connection Jesse made while waiting for the pickup van and discovering that his dope was gone.

I don’t think Jesse makes it all the way to burn down Walts house, sloshing gasoline around, I do not remember evidence of burning when Walt goes back to retrieve the ricin capsule. Just ransacking and vandalism with the painted Heisenberg on the living room wall is all I remember seeing.

Does Jesse get plugged by Walt in the living room?

That’s about the only thing they have time for unless WW can somehow win Jesse back and recruit him to partake in payback against the Aryan’s.
But everyone has screwed Jesse over so it would be understandable if he isolates himself or runs back to the feds for protection in exchange for telling them where Hank and Gomez are buried.
The murder of his last girlfriend (Brock’s mother) and the threat against the aforementioned boy will be much more raw than the pain of Walt confessing that he let Jane die so I look forward to seeing what motivates Jesse in the conclusion.
