I was in denial hoping that Walt didn't really poison that kid. That would have been put to rest when we saw Walt disposing of the "Lilly of the Valley" plant after the successful bombing of Gus Fring.

I think he used that flower in the pot by his pool to make that kid sick enough to get Jesse to think he had been poisoned by the Ricin right?
