Levin flunks Constitution 101 by misinterpreting Natural Born....our Founding Fathers put that in there so we would not have foreigners ruling the US....like the foreigners ruling Great Britain at the time...King George III was German
Levin was also Obama Supporter on the Eligibility issue....and GOP refusing to make Obama Eligibility a main issue actively aided Obama in 2008 and 2012
As for Cruz....I have no problem supporting him. Unlike Obama...Cruz never hid his foreign birth...never
But....mark my words: The biggest Obama Supporters on the Obama Eligibility issue will be the same ones attacking Cruz on his eligibility....and that includes Levin. I do not trust anyone who is Obama Supporter on the Eligibility issue

Bravo! Always a forgotten point in a historical discussion.
FWIW, Levin has forgotten more Constitutional history than you will ever know. If I have a choice between an interpretation by Mark Levin and one by SeminoleCounty, I think I would put a lot more stock in the opinion of Mark Levin.

Levin has always taken the position that Obama was born in Hawaii. So far there has not been any judicial finding that he was born anywhere else and the State of Hawaii has certified his birth, so for all legal intents and purposes, Obama was born a Citizen of the United States in accordance with the laws in effect at the time of his birth.
That doesn't mean he really wasn't born in Kenya and that there was a fraud committed, but for all legal intents and purposes it is recognized that Obama was born in Hawaii.
Yes, that Levin...he's a total greenhorn when it comes to the Constitution. /s
