Levin flunks Constitution 101 by misinterpreting Natural Born.

FWIW, Levin has forgotten more Constitutional history than you will ever know. If I have a choice between an interpretation by Mark Levin and one by SeminoleCounty, I think I would put a lot more stock in the opinion of Mark Levin.

Levin was also Obama Supporter on the Eligibility issue....and GOP refusing to make Obama Eligibility a main issue actively aided Obama in 2008 and 2012

Levin has always taken the position that Obama was born in Hawaii. So far there has not been any judicial finding that he was born anywhere else and the State of Hawaii has certified his birth, so for all legal intents and purposes, Obama was born a Citizen of the United States in accordance with the laws in effect at the time of his birth.

That doesn't mean he really wasn't born in Kenya and that there was a fraud committed, but for all legal intents and purposes it is recognized that Obama was born in Hawaii.

So Vlad Putin knocking up a Hawaiian hooker more than 35 years ago works for you?

Ok, then.

“Obama was born a Citizen of the United States in accordance with the laws in effect at the time of his birth.”

Stipulated. Article II mandates a person be a “natural born citizen”.

I can safely say that I have more practical legal experience than Levin does....and I am not even a lawyer.

Levin pretty much has been a government employee or a radio talk show host. His Landmark Legal foundation has minor court victories over issues pretty trivial in the sphere of American law and jurisprudence

I never base anything on what a talk show host tells me..especially when they side with Obama and not the Constitution on a major issue
