I can't believe what I'm reading on this thread. Over and over..."turn your TV off", "cancel your cable", "don't subscribe to cable".

So the personal use of our TVs is subject to the gyrations and obscenities of these little bleached blond ho's, right?.

No one should push back on these crafty little sexpots, right?

And no one should push back at the amoral network nabobs with dollar signs in their greedy little eyes, right?

Let's all just throw our TV sets out the window.....and like Brittania, let these nubile Lolitas rule the waves...the airwaves, that is.

On some of the channels. But they can be blocked and removed from your guide list.

It's been that way since "Like a Virgin" 30 years ago. All the pushback does is give them the attention they are craving in the first place. MTV is smut. Always has been. Always will be.

These sorts of performances for the "crafty little sexpots" usually signals that they are within 3-5 years of the obligatory rehab stint.

The outrage and pushback and calls for jobs etc do exactly what they want it to do...feed into some sort of rebel image that the kids will inevitably be drawn to. It's a formula that seems to work every time it's tried.

MTV is a freaking joke and a mere shell of what it once was. The best thing to do is to simply treat them that way. Laugh at their sorry old butts trying to remain relevant, and remove their channels from your guide.
