You could do it manually if there are no other options. Just use a screen grabber to save each slide as a jpeg and then you can use any video editing software you like.

I would look for a PowerPoint to jpeg utility first. It might even be built into PowerPoint.

If you know someone with Powerpoint 2010, you can use it to save a slideshow to a video file.

I think you hit file/save as

In the format you want or iit’s a conversion as a drop down in the”tools”

You can even add audio and time it with movie maker.
