OK, I am really ticked off now! They better get her in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame now! It took Leon Russell almost dying a couple of times but they finally did it for him!
There is no excuse for this unconscionable slight.
Donna Summer, but not Linda Ronstadt? Darlene Love, but not Linda Ronstadt? Madonna, but not Linda Ronstadt?
Were Ruth Brown, LaVern Baker and Etta James known as rock n rollers? They are all in the RRHOF but not Linda Ronstadt.

Seems like there is always a few that think we are too tough on the enemy. And they believe we are the enemy and have even said so publicly

In the past week alone, I’ve encountered pro-faggot, atheist and anti-God, pro-illegal aliens, pro-electric cars, pro McCain “Freepers”. You could say they’re a “few”, but that’s a few too many.
There are a bunch of clowns here that have their heads in the sand. Pathetic. I could even argue that what I do here in Hollywood, making sure certain movies move up the development chain in our favor excuses me from the Freepathon but I won’t..

She has admitted that she slept around ‘a lot.’

Dang, Wardaddy...is that Frampton?
I didn’t know he played with her, if it is.
I saw him several years ago...he is bald as can be, but has the greatest smile. You could tell he was having a blast (or pretending to).

Wow, there’s a name I hadn’t heard in a long, long time. I saw her about 1980, had one of her albums. Will have to look for it tomorrow.

I saw her at the Fillmore East in NYC with the Stone Ponies, in I think 70 or 71. While we were waiting to get in, she walked through the lobby, right near us. What a babe!
Now as for her politics, she's a wacko. Still, she had a great voice. Her early covers of Buddy Holly were good. And the two Nelson Riddle albums are great.

Yes we do, but the vile hate of her ultimate character is pretty much evident.
