Richmond as in Va? (Sorry dumb Q, I know)
Has anyone posted about the alleged FEMA (I think it was FEMA) alert about expecting some kind of disaster in “Region III”? I think it was around there. I want to say it had to do with earthquakes.
I’m pretty sure I saw a thread at TB2K about it.
only they can hear a sound
Earthquakes can make all sorts of booms, snaps, and cracks.
Could be signs of an impending earthquake:
“Earthquake “booms” have been reported for a long time, and they tend to occur more in the Northeastern US and along the East Coast. Of course, most “booms” that people hear or experience are actually some type of cultural noise, such as some type of explosion, a large vehicle going by, or sometimes a sonic boom, but there have been many reports of “booms” that cannot be explained by man-made sources. No one knows for sure, but scientists speculate that these “booms” are probably small shallow earthquakes that are too small to be recorded, but large enough to be felt by people nearby.”

So if an officer doesn’t hear it, there was no sound, end of investigation, file it.
It’s probably “Tannerite”.
I know people in that area that are fond of it.
Tannerite is a legal explosive compound that you mix together in a container and then shoot at it with a gun.
The bullet causes the Tannerite to explode. Check out YouTube for videos of it.
Pretty wild.
I was in the area for a while. I had breakfast at Waffle House each morning. Hmmmmm.
If a officer falls in the woods does he make a sound?
snaps, crackles, and pops?
Question: If a tree falls on your head, and a cop didn’t hear it, did it make a sound?
Answer: Who cares?!?
Dry cleaning bags filled with marsh gas.
That’s what I thought of. I sure hope that’s not it.
“Sky quakes”, booms, loud humming sound from the sky
lasting for hours.... these have been reported all over the world
I’d like to hear it for myself but it would disturb me
We have a small town in Connecticut, called Moodus.
It has been producing strange sounds a rumblings before the *written word*.
