Im living my life. Having a predisposition to anything has no place in it. Many things are “ in the blood” live well, live right, see your doctor once a year.
If your predisposed your predisposed,. Knowing it does not make it so, it just creates unnecessary worry. I've waited over 20 years for that high bp that runs in the bio family....no sight of it yet.
