You must join Facebook to access state pages where upcoming events are advertised. I’ve spoken with them about this but it didn’t make much difference. I’m beginning to suspect it’s a honeypot operation.

You're suggesting that's it's a honeypot op?.. For money, or for gathering names for addition to DHS's list of domestic terrorists?

I'm sure that Facebook is used as a 'list maker' for the gov't. Zuckerberg ILLEGALLY gave 0bama unfettered access to FB profile data for his organizers to use for the 2012 election, so I'm sure the DHS, FBI, CIA, IRS, etc., builds lists based on people's 'Likes', etc., for compiling lists of those who are potential resisters to the gov't ("domestic terrorists" as Napolitano once said).

Oh, good grief. This is a totally grass roots movement of ordinary, pissed off Americans, and Facebook just happens to be the easiest, most well known method of getting people connected for spontaneous events like these.

Got a better way to get it done? Put it into action and stop sitting on your hands.
