Prepare to be outraged.....Shocking Surveillance Video Captures Cop Brutally Beating Female Shoplifter In Front Of Her 1 Yr Old Child in Iowa.
I worked in corporate loss prevention a long time ago...let me tell you...this is beyond lawsuit...these cops should be in prison.

The officer, Scott Crow, said in his report he hit Redell because she bit his finger and wouldnt let go.
The video, however, shows Crow striking Redell with both fists.
LOL
Yes, the interesting part is it looks like the store management is just not doing anything to stop these idiot union thugs with a badge.
If she caused injury to the LEO, why wouldn’t the Department release big old images of his bitten finger? Would that not support the LEO’s allegation?
I have a suspicion that some folks just don’t cotton to “uppity women”.
My ex beat the bejeezus out for me for far less than smarting off.
It drove him mad that I wouldn’t lay down, ball up and cry.
[of course, in hindsight, if I had, he probably wouldn’t have fractured my neck or tried to strangle me]
Look about 1/3 of the way down the page.
Id like to see the unedited video too.
The video, however, shows Crow striking Redell with both fists.
Agree...he is swinging with both hands.
The worst criminals are those who commit their crimes uder the color of authority....
He was also wearing leather gloves over his poor widdle fingers. He beat the crap out her with gloved fists.
It’s why people should use video transmitted in real time to an off site server or remote storage when coming into contact with LEO’s or others in government.
Yep, it’s come to this.
Post of the year.
They had photos but a pit bull ate them.
I noted the leather gloves...Seems odd one would wear those to a simple shoplift incident.
I provided the video and noted the time each event occurred.
She admits she bit him. On the video, in her own words.
The video shows her leaning forward and either yelling or spitting, most likely in response to being told to stand up and turn around. I made notations of both.
If you resist arrest, you simply give the cop the right to physically take you into custody. It isn’t hard to understand. So if you want to make a career of being a thief my advice is to comply with the cops, and most especially, don’t bite them while he is LAWFULLY arresting you for shoplifting.
If you were a cop...and you told someone they were under arrest, but instead they yelled defiantly and remained on the phone...what would you do? Walk away? Wait patiently for the criminal to decide it was time to be arrested?
How close do you think a cop needs to be to say stand up and turn around, you’re under arrest?
I think you’re confusing arrest with custody.
Here’s a hint...after he says those magic words, you’re under arrest. And if you resist in any way, he has the right to take you into custody physically.
You don’t get to tell him, nah uh, I’m on the phone.
The video, that was provided by the thief and her lawyer, is edited to remove what happens between the time he begins to take her into custody and when he starts punching.
Why would they do that?
Got an answer?
He also got medical treatment for his finger...perhaps the conspiracy extends even to the hospital?
You don’t seem interested in having an actual discussion, but rather cherry picking and firing off questions rapidly.
Why did her lawyer have the video edited to remove the portion most likely to contain the bite?
Answer?
He got medical treatment for the finger...do you suppose the hospital is in on it too?
Stealing over 350 dollars worth of clothes, resisting arrest, and assaulting a police officer is pretty ‘uppity.’
So we agree on that.
Why stop there though? Maybe it wasn’t simply due to her gender but also her boyfriend’s race, as she says here.
“’I dont think the police were really thrilled that a white woman was calling a black man for help, especially one that they already werent fond of,’ she said.”
Of course, how exactly the cops knew who she was calling, his relationship to her, or his race isn’t specified.
And regardless, if you get caught stealing and attempt to get someone to ‘help you’ avoid being arrested perhaps you’re somewhat to blame.
Better to not be a thief. And I wonder what kind of ‘help’ he was going to provide anyway?
Any ideas?
