Manziel has been screwing up so much lately, that there is a 50-50 chance he won’t be playing this year. The NCAA investigation into him selling his autograph could put him on the sidelines.
In the NFL, he will be a great quarterback, but there’s no telling how long he will play before he does something so incredibly stupid that he not only loses his NFL gig, but he may find himself behind bars. He’s an arrogant kid who thinks that he can get away with anything . . . . . . . . and, so far, his behavior proves it.
How long until Johnny Football starts having real problems with Johnny Law....
Obviously his parents got lots of money. Some may be surprised that there are expensive houses in the small town of College Station, Texas. But $405,000 is no where near the top.
While he may or may not be having personal issues, one can’t dispute that throwing away his college career is not in itself a problem. Who cares about A&M and who cares about the NCAA? I’d would ditch it too for pro football dollars.
The kid has a rifle for an arm. He needs to grow up though. I understand the thinking that one should be entitled to profit from his own autograph. BUT, those aren;t the rules. He knew the rules and he foolishly broke them. He let his teammates down. Not stupid. Just immature. I hope he grows up and has a great NFL career.
follow the money....
