Seriously, I didn't mind McCoy, but the WRITING he was forced to do...Ugh. The KandyMan...a robot made of candy. Can you IMAGINE David Tennet facing down THAT kind of crap.

Now for HORRIBLE DOCTORS...that CLOWN in the multi-part suit, Colin Baker. Dear God...bad regeneration or not, he was the REAL Anti-Doctor...at times mad, vain, silly, unfaithful, downright CRAZY. I hated that character!!!!

McCoy was a great choice for the Doctor, but he was unlucky to take over when the show was in a tailspin. Senior members of the BBC wanted it off the air and stripped it of staff and budget. He had a good Dalek episode though.

Colin Baker gets a bad rap... It wasn’t so much him, as it was the internals at the BBC and the desire to kill it off.

Try some of the Big Finish audio plays for the 6th Doctor for a better view of what could have been. He had potential. Same for McCoy, really...

The look on McCoy’s face says it all.

Only Tenth Doctor equivalent I can think of right now would be the adipose beings . . . although they weren’t malevolent.
