We height-deprived persons should be especially careful about correct posture. As I often tell my daughters, no matter what you look like, good posture makes you look 100% better!
I picked up an insidious habit from my sneak days in artillery.
Walking slightly hunched, crouching, and making myself a smaller visual footprint to try and not be seen.
It has stuck with me.
I spent time as a young girl and teen walking around balancing a book on my head, and I know that’s why my posture was good. Don’t know about now, though. I stoop when I hurt. Which is the wrong thing to do.
Did I tell you one of my fitted sheets gave up the ghost? The elastic is no longer stretchy. *sigh* That puts me down to four sets, and that’s getting into the scary category...
Sadly, the nap on the flannel is still fairly thick. *hmpf*
