I picked up an insidious habit from my sneak days in artillery.
Walking slightly hunched, crouching, and making myself a smaller visual footprint to try and not be seen.
It has stuck with me.
You’ll get a backache! You need to learn to use your mind to make yourself invisible, like Pat does.
Maybe that’s why somebody in your family says you walk like a cat. So do I.
