Hope they do it justice. I didn't know it was this far along.
One of the toughest CrossFit routines is named Murph in his honor. 1 mile run, 100 pullups, 200 pushups, 300 squats, and another 1 mile run. Spend that amount of time remembering what he did and why he was awarded the MOH.
The wall is inscribed with a Greek phrase that can be translated as, "With it [your shield], or on it." It is believed that the phrase was spoken by Spartan mothers to their sons right before battles.
