I listen to Rush today airing his then 100 years old granpa’s interview back in ‘91. He said he was fired four times earlier, one was ranting Jesse Jackson because Peter Jenning doing the same. AFAIK talk radio hosts like him has strict rules of engagement about political correctness.

Had to turn him off. Lately all Limbaugh wants to talk about is himself. Blech!

I agree with you.

It's hard to believe but I find myself switching to sports radio.

The country is going to hell and he wastes precious time playing replays of anyone in the media or entertainment who has mentioned his name publicly. Geez! One day recently he had to play a replay of a contestant on a game show who happened to mention his name. Good God! I turned him off.

For me, his on-air persona seems to have changed since his marriage. And then, it took a further turn for the worse after the Sandra Fluke affair.

It was great while it lasted. He will be missed.

I hate to admit that, but you are right. And he is the only one I can stomach. Beck is a big talk over each other fest, Hannity read bullet points, Savage talks about himself more than anything, and Rush is getting that way.

Maybe it’s time to let some new blood in the conservative talk show biz?
