Is it important to actually have "your flood" in the basement? No. That does not seem to be mandatory.
Is it important for you to SAY that "your flood" is in the basement? Absolutely! Say that, and the money rolls in.

Some folks may be dumb, but they understand how the system works, they know what to say and who to say it to. And then our money leaves our pocket and goes into theirs.

off ctopic a little. BUT the mention of FEMA camps, remember the alleged purpose of Fema camps was to train people to assist in time of disasters. They graduated the first 255 last July
did anyone see them helping after Sandy?
They have been graduating 255 every 6 weeks.
