Exactly. The headline should be changed. He wasn't "acquitted," he just wasn't convicted on one of the charges against him.

I agree. The title gives the impression he’s not going to jail. He is....on other charges.

Oh, fiddle faddle! This is CBS, so it’s unfair of you to expect them to present the truth. I am sure they want the whole country to think that he is getting off scot free.
