The sad thing is that the demands for a "living wage" disincentivizes employers to hire teens. The "living wage crowd" is basically making a power play to destroy the teen job market and take it for themselves.

Teens think about how wonderful it will be when their hourly rate is forced upwards. However, they fail to see that they are getting their throats cut by those who are forcing it to happen.
