Authorities released new video Wednesday showing an at-large shooter believed to have ambushed two detectives at a Los Angeles Police Department station earlier this week.
Clad in dark-colored clothes, a man is seen on the video (embedded below) quickly walking past cameras set up near the Wilshire Community Police Station about 4:30 a.m. Tuesday.

Another news report shows more angles (daytime) of Police Station.
Shooter on security video is LEAVING the scene carrying “a revolver” after running across the street, fleeing the shooting.

If they weren’t committed to arresting me when I try to acquire the weapons I want, I wouldn’t ever need them. I can shoot better than any I ever net and I’ve met a bunch.
I'm 54 and haven't needed one yet.
I remember when they were Peace Officers and were paid using my taxes to Protect and Serve me and my family. In those days I wasn't a "civilian", I was a citizen. Well according to the Supreme Court and the current militarization those days are long gone and will never be seen again.
I'm glad the good ones are out there but I am gunned up for a wrong house no-knock raid and will take head shots to avoid denting body armor.
They need to stay out of my yard and leave my dogs unshot too.
I dislike it too. Are there bad cops out there? Yes. There are some bad people in every profession. We tend to only hear about the bad cops or cops that did a stupid thing in the news though. I think overall, most police officers are good. Call me biased though, my dad was a police officer for 30 years, he’s been retired for 17. My brother is a police officer too.
Now, as for is this shooting related to Michael Hastings? It could be. I don’t know enough about it to say either way. But I do strongly believe Hastings did not have an accident, it’s very fishy.
Most cops do a good job and some of us appreciate their service.
Just takes one to ruin the rest of your life....
