Leave him there, and announce the opening of a new public outhouse.

He told the authorities he had stumbled down the chimney accidentally while out for a walk.

Bad guy who deserves hard time. There was another case like this where the guy wasn’t found. He died of thirst. I know he was a thief but looking at the little hole in the sky while dying....man always kinda felt bad for the guy.

Could you imagine cursing out the guy who rescues you? How is that for gratitude. :p

I’m sure there are more tight holes awaiting him in jail.

If he cursed me out, he’d still be in there. Maybe toss a feral cat or a couple of rats down to liven up his boredom.

Seems like a nasty thing to do to the animals. I’d be tempted to...nah, don’t want to get zotted.

I have the same sized chimney in my house couldn't even think about fitting down it.
I am not big by any means.

You can bet if he did vote, it’d be for 0...lol
To: Slings and Arrows
This sentence makes no sense:
I asked him what he was doing down there and why he was trying to break into the building and he got real violent at that time, Mr Raney told KSPR-TV. How violent can you get when you are stuck in a chimney?

“feral cat”
Ahhh a “DFSS”! (dreaded feline skin shredder) Sometimes when my brother and I were young and annoyed with each other...the one being chased would scoop up a rather tempermental cat and throw it at the chaser who then had to deal with a cat stuck to his chest while the one being chased got away!

Thanks Slings and Arrows.
Despite being stuck for ten hours without food or water, the 38-year-old suspect didnt seem happy to see the store owner... hurled insults at the bemused shop boss despite him being his only means of escape.
Seems like a good time to build a little fire.
