I then made him aware of one active registered voter "Barry Soetoro" who's address is listed as the White House. He was speechless, He reported he did not know how it was approved but no votes have been cast and an investigation would take place. He explained the "BIENNIAL MAIL CANVASS" is currently ongoing and he does not know if anything has been sent to the White House yet.
