Kensington Palace statement
Posted on 07-24 at 17:07:33 CST
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to announce that they have named their son George Alexander Louis.
The baby will be known as His Royal Highness Prince George of Cambridge.
He could grow up to be King or Queen.
That’s only the name on the pedigree.
At home they call him Skippy.
It’s obvious neither of you have given birth, much less had to go into public with the whole world watching the next day.
Wasn’t the last picture of her in public like 6 weeks ago? A lot happens in the last 6 weeks...
It takes a little time for the tummy to get back to normal especially with someone as slim as Kate == and George was a good sized baby.
Hint: Never, ever say that to a woman who has just given birth.
Let's pray he is like Churchill, that family could use some common sense.
Hmmm, no “Charles” in the name. I have always thought that the boys did not respect their dad.
This whole royal jazz is just crazy.
The royal family sucks millions and millions of tax dollars and live high on the hog while the average Brit slogs their way through life.
Jetting off here and there. Living in palaces, catered night and day. The best of everything....and what do the royals contribute?
Beats the heck out of Homer!
Duoh!
I think all the public school lads are a bit light in the loafers...
And that is so much different from our system...how?
‘________look more pregnant now than before?’
Possibly because the dress was a bit too snug.
I saw the tummy also.
Very few post-pregnancy figures have a sort of flat tummy - especially 2 days after birth.
I’m betting her figure will be back quite soon, altho she can take as long as she’d like to accomplish this, IMO.
They should have named him George Thatcher Churchill, just to watch the Left do backflips. :)
“George” after:
(Great) Grandpa
Bush 41
Bush 43
Zimmerman
Costanza?
“Alexander” after:
The Great
Bonaparte
Haig, “I’m in charge now!”?
“Luois” after
XIV
XVI
Armstrong
Too much fun here!
:: while the average Brit slogs their way through life ::
Not simply because of the monarchy. A socialist parliamentary government goes a long way in suppressing the peasants!
Tourists are money.
Strange women lying in ponds distributing swords is no basis for a system of government. Supreme executive power derives from a mandate from the masses, not from some farcical aquatic ceremony.
