Wow! I never realized Prince could play a guitar like ringing a bell! His rifts were super smokin’!

Thanks for that post, a much, much better version of than George Harrison’s original ditty.

Prince is an amazing musician and performer. Probably the best around.

I have to agree with you on the Prince comment. Couldn’t figure out which one was Dhani Harrison, though.

My beer drinking, partying buds of my youth would disown me for saying so, but Prince is the real deal as a musician, performer and composer in our era. His is that rare, combined, all in one sort of talent that he’s clearly worked hard to realize. That’s as much as I want to know.

Prince often gets overlooked as a guitar player, but he is one of the best. And if you consider his other musical instruments, songwriting, singing, and stage performance, there are very very few at his level. Too bad his weirdness factor turns many off. His cover of Just my Imagination is outstanding, but very hard to find.

I don’t believe there is an instrument that Prince can’t play.

I think of Prince in much the same manner as I do Picasso. While I generally don't like his stylistic choices, there's no questioning his technical virtuosity and mastery of his medium.
