The Marvel Studios panel at San Diego Comic-Con ended with writer-director Joss Whedon taking the stage at Hall H to announce the official title of Marvel's The Avengers 2, which is ... Avengers: Age of Ultron!
You may know that "Age of Ultron" is a relatively recent Marvel Comics storyline so it'll be interesting to see how much they cull from that for the big screen sequel to the 2012 blockbuster.
Here is the official title treatment courtesy of Marvel and Disney:

TOPICS: TV/Movies
KEYWORDS: avengers; comics; disney; hollywood; marvel; superheroes; ultron

I have to say, from the 60s through the 90s, there was always something about Ultron that scared me. Especially when drawn by George Perez. It must be the concept of a machine gaining sentience...evil sentience with a anger towards 'daddy'.

Firestar and the Black Panther. Firestar is a pretty minor character, first appearing in the cartoon, “Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends” from the early ‘80s. Has the ability to project microwaves. Definitely a C-Lister, in practical terms a third-rate Human Torch.
Black Panther, on the other hand, is a more established character, dating back to the mid ‘60s. Basically a Batman-type. A solid B-Lister.

And it's incredible how many Marvel Comics pictures you have to go through to find 'em, too. Not surprising, though, given the popularity of a recent mega-blockbuster motion pictured compared to that of a fairly obscure 1960's British television show. It's not as if it's Doctor Who, after all.
When I searched for the picture I posted my search terms were "Emma Peal Avengers"...that turned up plenty of appropriate (and a few not-so-appropriate NSFW) pics.
