grayhog, said the exact same thing to family and friends last week. Difference being instead of a small town being part of a lynching, a large part of the whole country played part in lynching an innocent man.

And we could see it all in real time.

Late to agree, but I thought the exact same thing, especially after his press conference where he blasted the MSM. Its a bit of an exaggeration but the situation is certainly similar.
