Well, I agree that's probably the position they'll have to take, but I don't really think that will stand up under direct examination in a court room. Remember, the standard of proof is only "preponderance of the evidence." I think that edit, along with the fact that they showed the 12-year-old pic of Trayvon, and a lot of other reporting omissions, will make that a very questionable position for them to take.
