As I sit here watching the Zimmerman persecution, I have just received an email informing me of what a wonderful job a Senator did by taking a trip to the middle East.
How is it that I, who have mines and other holdings in much of the world and other multi national, international and interstate business owners can do all or most of our business over the internet, yet members of Congress have to fly to Israel to look at a border fence? They are either the most illiterate or the most corrupt people on earth.
They fly over to other countries where they can be wined and dined and otherwise entertained. The “purpose” of the visit is secondary to the schmoozing.

You have nailed it exactly. The mindset of these yahoos is a major part of the problem.
If I don't do that, no employee of mine is going to do it regardless of his position. So how come, we the people, tolerate by our elected and appointed public servants.
I check out our employees that have the least amount of opportunity to compromise us, more than voters check out members of Congress before sending them back.

This is a political show trial. Conservatives and Christians will be the next victims of this perversion.
