Watching Fox News Channel coverage of Zimmerman trial. Judge has just sprung another surprise against Zimmerman, saying jury can consider Martin's death as child abuse so jury can convict based upon that, too, and perhaps convict him of voluntary manslaughter. This trial is a travesty.
Its not a trial. To quote someone else, “It is a high tech lynching.”
Okay, according to FL law. A judge can over rule a Guilty verdict, but not an Acquittal. That doesn’t mean she won’t try.
GZ doesn’t know her sex either. He keeps calling her “sir.”
The State has no evidence of any crime. And the ugly, hack judge
it throwing out anything so that the jury will convict on something.
All involved in the States case, including the judge should be disbarred
and sent to prison.
She was subject to a retention vote in 2012. I don’t know when she is up for a retention vote again but you can be sure there will be a FReeping here in the 18th.

The judge hasn't made a decision on it yet because the Defense attorney was clearly upset about it, so she said, "we'll come back to it."

Another prejudicial acts by the Judge. The prosecutor is supposed to enter charges at the beginning of trial. If I were the defense I would then demand more testimony to that charge be allowed to be entered. Nothing in the trial claimed such an act.
I know that! Sheesh. My point is libs have been squealing like pigs over convictions of radical killers. We now have something to yell about - and, in this case, the person really IS innocent.
The judge is simply the director of the proceedings, keeping the trial on topic and officiating any disputes between the sides fairly, without favoritism. I know we haven't seen this in a while, but that doesn't mean that isn't the proper role.

I believe that the prosecutors changed the game at the last minute, not the judge. She’s just going along with it.
Somebody has likely tapped this female judge's phone via Prism or whatever out of Ft. Meade, Maryland (NSA), has "stuff" on her, and is threatening to release it unless she goes scorched earth on Zimmerman to satisfy a political agenda out of the White House....justice for the Brothers. At least that is how I read it. After all, we have a patent racist, Black Nationalist in the White House. He has no respect for the separation of powers by different branches of government, so why not dial up the NSA, get the goods, and "go for it." (Saul Alinsky-style)

I would NOT be surprised if they acquit and she says, “Well, that’s poppycock! We all know Z is guilty, so this decision by the jury is set aside and I am finding the defendant guilty as charged.”
This is a last ditch effort to appeal to the women jurors emotion and natural tendency to protect children. I am sure all Martin's thug suspensions, photos, and comments have been withheld from the jury.
