Watching Fox News Channel coverage of Zimmerman trial. Judge has just sprung another surprise against Zimmerman, saying jury can consider Martin's death as child abuse so jury can convict based upon that, too, and perhaps convict him of voluntary manslaughter. This trial is a travesty.
How the hell can this judge charge Zimmerman with child abuse when the evidence clearly indicates that Martin assaulted him?
The state has NO Case and this judge should be removed from the bench since she is not trying to assure Zimmerman gets a fair trial.
It seems to me that she’s working for the prosecution.
This is the final straw. Geez, now *I* feel like rioting!
Is this judge voted in by the people for her spot on the bench or is she appointed?
If justice remains in this system I’ve personally witnessed the bench making error after error in running this courtroom. Prayers for the righteous.
Plus, Zimmerman’s car might have been illegally parked, plus, the gunshots might have been louder than allowed by the local noise ordinance, plus, Zimmerman’s grass might have been taller than allowed by the homeowner’s association, plus, he might have slouched during the trial. Sheesh, what a kangaroo court.
They conduct jury interviews at the flea market?
I thought this was a kangaroo court, but even I didn't expect the judge to pull this out of his pouch at the last minute.
(Yes, I know only female kangaroos have pouches. Live with it.)

She’s really grasping at straws to get a conviction. Even the State didn’t bring up that charge during the trial. Does she really think that by bending over backwards to satisfy the black community, she’s protecting herself from any attacks from them? Stupid, stupid beyotch!
All my life I’ve been hearing from libs about Judge Webster Thayer and the Rosenberg judge. We now have our own little hanging judge.

I agree. I wonder, if child abuse is being brought up by this judge, shouldn’t the girlfriend who is apparently ‘of age’ be considered for corruption of a minor, or statutory rape if the relationship was sexual?
The Judge seems as incomeptent as they come. She’s out of her league, much like our president.
She may have agreed to trade her career for a comfortable life in the tropics at the taxpayers expense.
Changing the charges the day closing statements begin. This trial just ran right off the tracks and into the Florida swamps.
This trial is losing all credibility.

That begs the question as to whether this judge is actually a female, or is Ozzy Osbourne in drag.
The state and the prosecution know this case is a farce. The prosecution may have had no choice in presenting it and did so in a manner that would allow them to claim they did their job but give the jury plenty of reasonable doubt. The judge, on the other hand, is rabid about taking down Zimmerman. What she is doing now with the lesser charges and child abuse garbage is tantamount to polishing a turd hoping the jury will buy it.
