Why doesn’t MOM ask to throw out the Martin’s testimony then? Weren’t they also in court prior to testifying?

Why doesnt MOM ask to throw out the Martins testimony then? Werent they also in court prior to testifying? At the beginning, a special rule was made that they could stay in court all the time. Judge wouldn't do that for the Zimmermans. They had to stay out.

The ONLY REASON the State wants Donnelly’s testimony stricken from the record is because his credentials are impeccable and he said, as he was crying, that the voice was Zimmerman’s.
The jury must not be allowed to hear him.
