Could be one of two things IMO:

There is a whole of apologizing being done on both sides which neither side wants public or da’ judge is still laying down the ‘law’ to the defense which SHE doesn’t want made public.

Could be another one though, West is trying to get his client out of jail after he was arrested for violating his curfew.

Judge Nelson stated that there was no evidence that Trayvon typed the texts even though the messages were on his phone and stored in double-password protected format using phone apps. Judge Nelson read from the bench from what appeared to be a treatise on evidence...
