Where do I turn to for help in deleting my account

I'm needing a bit of advice here and hoping someone could possibly answer my question.
I want to delete my account and need to know what the procedure is .

I actually did this when I was two years old at my grandmother’s house...only I used a pair of tweezers.
She said the shock knocked me clear across the room.
